ProactiveNet Performance Management 9.x: Fundamentals for Administrators – Part 2 (ASP)

BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management is an integrated platform that combines event management and data analytics in a single seamless solution. It goes beyond monitoring to handle complex IT environments and diverse data streams to deliver actionable IT intelligence. This helps resolve issues before they impact the business.

This is a five-day assisted self-paced training that helps participants gain competency in working with BMC ProactiveNet Performance Management 9.5 solution. It also allows the participants to refer to the course material and perform hands-on labs at their own pace to get the feel of an environment along with the product knowledge. This course combines an eBook with laboratory exercises to guide students through knowledge base management, event collectors, event adapters, event management policies, event rules, and service models.

All Assisted Self-paced courses can also be delivered as private, instructor-led courses dedicated to a single customer. Please contact your Education Sales Rep or education@bmc.com for information on this option.
