BMC AMI DevX Code Pipeline Upgrade Assessment Service

What you get:

BMC will perform the following:

• Facilitate a workshop with customer SMEs to capture technical details.
• Analyze the current BMC AMI DevX Code Pipeline version and verify maintenance status.
• Evaluate data and configuration synchronization between Test and Production environments.
• Review and document the extent of non-standard customizations.
• Assess architecture setup, including:
  • Lifecycle management
  • Deployment process
  • Number of sites and instances
  • Other relevant components
• Examine and summarize all available documentation related to the customer environment.

Customer will be responsible for:

• Assist in planning and scheduling workshop meetings.
• Ensure availability of technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) during sessions.
• Provide detailed documentation on the current assessment of BMC AMI DevX Code Pipeline environment.
• Grant access to the BMC AMI DevX Code Pipeline environment via direct login or screen sharing.

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:

• Assessment Report including indication of the complexity level and estimated effort needed to perform upgrade.

Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed the Service when the in-scope Service has been completed, and the Deliverables have been reviewed in accordance with the Terms of Use and delivered to the customer Project Manager. From delivery start date, the assessment service must be completed within 180 days.
