Control-M Environment Standardization Service

What you get:

BMC will perform the following in one Control-M instance:

• Provide an overview of BMC recommended best practices for environment standardization
• Conduct interviews with key Customer staff, including Control-M administrators and job developers
• Evaluate Customer’s standardization plan focusing on:
  • Job definitions
  • Site standards and user views
  • Role-based access model
  • Agent groups
• Identify improvement opportunities in the standardization plan using BMC’s recommended best practices
• Prepare a Recommendation Report of BMC’s recommended best practices for environment standardization 

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:

• Recommendation Report

Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed, and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager.
