Control-M para SAP^® Starter Service

What you get:

BMC will perform the following:

• Provide an overview of the Control-M for SAP^® plugin and its supported Job Types*
• Conduct workshops to provide Control-M environment high level assessment 
• Identify business processes for Control-M automation
• Demonstrate up to one use case scenario per SAP^® Job Type
  
  
  • Create up to 6 SAP^® jobs in Control-M
  • Create up to 3 Connection Profiles in Control-M
  • Install up to 1 SAP^® Plugin
     
• SAP® Job type may include:
  
  
  • SAP® Business Warehouse jobs.
  • SAP® Data Archiving jobs.
  • SAP® R/3 jobs for SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA.
  • SAP® BTP Scheduler jobs.
     
• Prepare Assessment Report

The Customer will be responsible for:

• Providing access to their internal domain expert resources, such as schedulers, application development, automation beneficiaries
• Providing the necessary technical resources for the installation and configuration of the SAP^® Plugin
• Providing access to Customer’s subject matter experts
• Arranging all meetings with stakeholders
• Creating and managing SAP^® processes\jobs\packages in SAP^® systems.
• Providing access to the Control-M systems.

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:

• Assessment Report

Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed the Services when the in-scope Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been reviewed in accordance with the Terms of Use and delivered to the Customer Project Manager. From delivery start date, the service must be consumed and complete within 30 days. Consultant days must be booked in no less than 8-hour increments/full days.

Prerrequisitos:

• Tener instalado y configurado un BMC Control-M para Sistemas Distribuidos ya instalado y configurado
• Tener un agente Control-M disponible para desplegar el complemento SAP^®
• Tener conocimientos de Control-M (Planificador o/y nivel de Administrador)
• Consulta el vídeo de visión general de Control-M para SAP^®
