What you get:

BMC will perform the following in one environment:

  • Provide an overview of the Control-M for SAP® plugin and its supported job types
  • Review pre-requisites for the Control-M for SAP® implementation
  • Install the Control-M for SAP® plugin for up to five agents
  • Configure the Control-M for SAP® settings
  • Create up to ten Control-M for SAP® connection profiles
  • Create up to 100 Control-M jobs for supported SAP® jobs
  • Prepare Construction Document
  • Validate the created jobs
  • Conduct hand-off session

SAP® Job type may include the following:

  • SAP® business warehouse jobs
  • SAP® data archiving jobs
  • SAP® R/3® jobs

Customer will be responsible for:

  • Providing access to their internal domain expert resources, such as schedulers, application development, automation beneficiaries.
  • Providing the necessary technical resources and details for the installation and configuration of the SAP® Plugin.
  • Providing access to Customer’s subject matter experts.
  • Arranging all meetings with all Stakeholders.
  • Creating and managing SAP® processes\jobs\packages in SAP® systems.
  • Providing access to their Control-M systems.

Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:

  • Construction Document

Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed the Services when the in-scope Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been reviewed in accordance with the Terms of Use and delivered to the Customer Project Manager. From delivery start date, the service must be consumed and complete within 60 days. Consultant days must be booked in no less than 8-hour increments/full days.
