Based on Customer’s business drivers, a BMC Project Manager will assist help with planning and, organizing Consulting Services related to an existing BMC solution, and directing the completion of a BMC Professional Services Offering, while maintaining schedule, budget and scope parameters as set by Customer.
What you get:
BMC will perform the following:
- Provide project management for a specified BMC Consulting Services project.
- Work with Customer to define project milestones and timelines.
- Advise Customer on project status including scope, schedule and budget.
- Assist Customer program manager in leading the engagement team.
- Actively participate, as needed, in the project steering committee.
Customer is responsible for:
- Identifying the Customer sponsor
- Providing access to relevant Customer staff
- Identifying the project scope, time constraints, and budget.
Deliverables: The parties understand and agree that BMC will not be responsible for any specified or implied deliverables resulting from these Consulting Services. A report or email may however be communicated to Customer to present the status of the Services (“Status Report”).
Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the first of the following occurs:
- The ten (10) business days have been delivered; or,
- The Customer has indicated they no longer need assistance; or,
- 30 days have transpired since the start of the Service.

Customer to identify BMC Consulting Services project.
