What you get:
BMC will perform the following:
- Meet with key stakeholders to understand goals, objectives, initiatives and challenges
- Conduct discovery sessions to review operational context, current and desired way-of-working, BSS/OSS landscape, and alignment with industry leading practice and standards
- Prepare Adoption Advisory Executive Presentation
- Review key findings, prioritized recommendations, and execution roadmap aligned to key benefits with Customer
Customer will be responsible for:
- Providing access to the necessary stakeholders on the agreed start date
Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:
- Adoption Advisory Executive Presentation
Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed these Consulting Services when the in-scope Consulting Services have been completed and the Deliverables have been delivered to the Customer Project Manager.
Pre-requisites:
- Preparatory call between Customer and BMC team to establish engagement focus and mutually agreed project schedule including up to 16 discovery session hours across 15 consecutive business days
- Establish the scope of the solution or capability that will be part of the advisory
- Customer to provide current state operating situation model and plans plus strategic objectives and tactical goals
- This Engagement will be delivered in English language.
- This Engagement is not available for delivery in Latin America, Africa, China, or India.
