What you get:
BMC will perform the following in one environment:
Analyze and Design
- Conduct a workshop to analyze the existing TSCO implementation and provide overview of the migration process
- Prepare Migration Design Document with an assessment of tasks required to support the migration to BHCO
- Prepare Test Strategy and Test Plan
Prepare for Migration
- Install and configure up to four Remote ETL* Engine (REE) servers
- Install and configure the gateway server, if applicable
- Migrate groups, users, and permissions from existing TSCO Remedy Single Sign On (RSSO) to BMC Helix SSO solution
- Execute pre-migration tools against the existing TSCO instance
Migrate
- Execute the migration toolkit to assist with the migration of data and out of the box and Customer-defined ETL’s from TSCO to BHCO including up to two years of historical data
- Assist Customer with migrating Customer-defined Data Marts* from TSCO to BHCO for up to 10 business days
- Configure up to five BMC Helix Dashboards from TSCO to BHCO
- Configure up to five reports in BMC Helix dashboards. Each report to include up to 10 metrics
Validate and Deliver
- Prepare Construction Document
- Validate BHCO environment with customer in preparation for go-live
- Assist Customer with functional testing
- Provide up to three days assistance with deployment to production
Customer will be responsible for:
- Providing access to:
- Capacity management administrators
- Subject matter experts
- Available documentation on the existing TSCO environment
- Providing access and privileges to:
- Systems and applications to be integrated
- Existing TSCO environment
- Servers where BMC Helix Continuous Optimization agents will be installed, if applicable
- Conducting functional testing
- Upgrading and/or installing BMC Helix Continuous Optimization capacity agents, if applicable

Project milestones: The following milestones are established between the Customer and BMC. Once BMC has reached a milestone, the BMC Project Manager will issue a milestone completion letter to Customer.
- Milestone 1: Upon delivery of the Project Schedule
- Milestone 2: Upon delivery and approval of the Migration Design Document
- Milestone 3: Upon delivery and approval of the Construction Document
- Milestone 4: Upon completion of the Project Closeout meeting and the delivery of the project completion letter
Deliverables: Using BMC’s standard methodology and templates, the following Deliverables are in scope for this project and will be delivered:
- Migration Design Document
- Test Strategy and Test Plan
- Construction document
Completion Criteria: BMC will have completed the Service when the in-scope Service have been completed and the Deliverables have been reviewed in accordance with the Terms of Use and delivered to the customer Project Manager.
