BMC Helix Operations Management integration to xMatters
An integration to automatically generate, update, and close xMatters alerts from BMC Helix Operations Management events. Set a customizable trigger for events (default ‘critical’) and an alert will automatically be created in xMatters. The alert name will be updated in the event. Any additional status or comment updates to the event will be automatically passed to the alert. Upon event closure, the alert will be disabled. Requires a BMC Helix iPaaS subscription, event create/update access to BMC Helix Operations Management and alert create/update access in xMatters.
