A bi-directional integration template developed by using the ticket brokering application BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker, leveraging BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit. Use the integration template to automatically create a BMC Helix ITSM incident when an ALM Octane entity is created and vice versa. The integration automates the task of synchronizing updates, and adding a comment to an ALM Octane entity when a work log is added to the ITSM incident.

- View the ALM Octane entity details in the BMC Helix ITSMUI.
- Add a comment to an ALM Octane entity when a worklog is added to the corresponding BMC Helix ITSMincident.
- Synchornize updates between the tickets when the Description, Priority, or Title field of the corresponding ALM Octane entity is updated.
