Post BMC Helix ITSM incidents to Microsoft Teams
Automatically generate messages in Microsoft Teams to alert IT when an incident is created or updated in BMC Helix ITSM. Users can set customizable triggers that post messages to the target Microsoft Teams channel when an incident is created or updated, an attachment is added, or a status is changed. Comments posted in Microsoft Teams are added to incident work notes. The status of an incident can be updated through Microsoft Teams. Access can be restricted based on user roles.
Requires BMC Helix iPaaS powered by Jitterbit subscription, create/edit incident rights in BMC Helix ITSM, and access to the target Microsoft Teams channel.
