Users can set a customizable trigger for incidents to generate an issue, and the same for issues to incidents. Once created, status, comments, and updates will be synchronized between the two. This integration comes with customizable default field mappings.
Requires a BMC Helix iPaaS Jitterbit subscription and administrator access to BMC Helix ITSM and Jira. Leverages standard API authentication in both solutions.
