Sync BMC Helix ITSM work orders with issues in Jira
Automatically create Jira issues when BMC Helix ITSM work orders are created and vice versa. Users can set a customizable trigger for retrieving work orders, and any subsequent updates or comments added to the work order will be automatically updated in the issue and vice versa. This integration comes with customizable default field mappings.
Requires a BMC Helix iPaaS Jitterbit subscription, create/update issue rights in Jira, and administrator access to BMC Helix ITSM. Leverages standard API authentication in both solutions.
